Your people are already using AI. Someone should own it.
Understand where your team stands with AI and where to go next. We assess the tools your team already uses, identify where AI could improve everyday work, and help you put the right solutions into practice.
The problem we solve
AI use without clear guidelines
Employees use AI tools without shared rules for what’s approved or how to protect company data.
Technology that goes unused
You invest in new tools, but your team keeps relying on email and spreadsheets.
No clear plan for what comes next
You need to know what’s worth changing, where to start, and what to address before investing more.

How sessions and workshops work
One-time sessions give leaders or teams a focused starting point, with flat pricing and a clear takeaway.
Pick your starting point
Choose the Leadership Decision Session, the Power Session or the Workshop. A short call confirms the format, the date and who will attend.
We prepare with you
For the Workshop, your team completes an assessment beforehand and you choose one or two workflows to review. Every session uses examples relevant to your work.
Session day
Remote or onsite, up to 15 participants, with time for questions. The Workshop includes hands-on practice with approved sample materials.
What you keep
You leave with a written takeaway: a quick-reference guide, a summary of priority opportunities or a summary of the decision made.
Each session can be booked on its own. If you want help putting the plan in place afterward, ongoing consulting picks up from there.
Meet Cleontá
Founder, CJ Tidwell Consulting
I help businesses make practical decisions about AI and support their teams through the changes that follow.
My background includes more than 15 years in recruiting, human resources and organizational leadership, followed by work in digital transformation. Before AI became a business priority, I was implementing tools, getting more out of software companies already paid for, and automating everyday work. I hold a master’s degree in Adult Education and Training, and I understand what it takes to turn a new way of working into a daily habit.
In one rollout, I turned a work platform that had sat unused for two months into a central system for managing work across about 15 teams. The first process went live within 30 days, the initial team adopted it within three months, and usage expanded over six months. Together, we built hundreds of workflows, forms and automations that made responsibilities clear, kept progress visible, and moved work forward without relying on recurring status meetings.
Today, I bring that experience to AI adoption, helping businesses improve existing workflows and move stalled projects forward with the planning, implementation and training they need.
For owners and decision makers
Leadership Decision Session
2 hours | $1,750
For owners and decision makers who need to agree on AI priorities, budget, risk and responsibility before involving the wider team.

The $1,750 session fee is credited toward the first invoice of an ongoing consulting engagement signed within 30 days. The credit does not apply to Foundations or the AI at Work Workshop.
A practical place to start
Build your team’s understanding of AI or take a closer look at the work you want to improve.
Flat pricing for groups of up to 15. Any onsite travel expenses are quoted and agreed upon before booking.

Questions
What does an AI consultant actually do?
We look at how your team works today, find the tasks where AI, automation or better use of your current tools would save real time, and help your people put those changes in place. That can be an ongoing engagement where we act as your part-time AI adoption lead, or a single session to get your team started.
How much does it cost?
Ongoing consulting starts at $7,500 a month. Your price depends on headcount and how many teams are in scope, and you get a fixed quote after our first call. One-time sessions and workshops are flat priced and start at $1,750.
Do we need to buy new software?
Often, no. Many companies already pay for tools that can do more than they are used for. In ongoing consulting, the Current-State Brief shows you what you have before anything new is recommended. The AI at Work Workshop also looks at better use of tools you already own.
What about our company data?
In ongoing consulting, finding where company data already goes into AI tools is part of the first 30 days, and you get a written AI use policy your team can follow. The Power Session covers how to handle business information responsibly.
How soon will we see something?
Sessions and workshops happen on the date you book. In ongoing consulting, your Current-State Brief and 90-Day Roadmap arrive by day 30, and the first initiative starts right after, in the order the roadmap sets.
